We just experienced the loss of my uncle Pupi, and though my grandmother already had his arrangements paid for, they were extremely compassionate and helpful and made things so easy for my elderly grandmother who had just lost her second son. They accommodated us and allowed us to have the perfect memorial service for my uncle. A special thank you to Annette the receptionist who was extremely kind and professional from the moment she answered the phone. The people at the funeral home were very helpful to me and my family in our time of need. I had to do a lot by phone since I was in a diffrent state and could not get to Miami right away but the funeral director was very helpful and worked with me to have everything in place. The service was serene and comforting. And everyone was nice and very helpful.

My father had all services prepaid for himself and mom. He didn’t want to be a burden to his children. Funeral director and all of the staff were compassionate, caring, professional and patient during my most difficult time. The funeral home was well organized and clean. Thank y’all for your kindness and empathy. Services were 7-25-11 and 7-10-20 Rolando and Tomasa Alemán.
