“I can see again!!! lol. I had lost yet another pair of RX glasses and had a recent move back to Miami; timing, right! I found this business via my insurance company. I needed to get out of my reliable but very unattractive standbys that refuse to ever get lost or stolen. Good choice, the doctor was professional and I was seen on time; he also was not a "salesman" - my final choice was made purely by me coming home and evaluating what he said. That was nice. There are some ladies that work the other parts of the office and they are all really nice and also professional. My glasses did take a little shine to complete but it was not the fault of the business: 1. I had to figure out what I wanted for my rx and for new frames. They have a decent selection but it ultimately went with what's familiar - tortoise look Tom Ford, had to order them 2. My insurance company was just dead slow making the lens. But all was good in the end. Finally, if I could take off .25 stars it would be for the name. I live in midtown / edge water so based on the name I assumed it was like literally in my back yard. It was not terribly far but did require a car. I'm not too familiar with the whole area as yet, may e that location is midtown kind too? But I saw a sign that said I was in Model City? Anyhow, I do recommend them.“

“Recently decided to stop waiting around and get my eyes checked, the closest location in network for me and my insurance was LensCrafters and the eye exam experience was great and I learned what my prescription is. Spent 2 hours trying to find the perfect lens that fit me and having my eyes dilated , then spent a good additional hour with the retail team measuring where the prescription will go on my lenses and trying to decide what filters I want on the lenses. Even with all the generous allowances and perks my vision insurance gives LensCrafters commission demons we're determined to break my pockets and give me whatever without proper information on if I actually need it. I ended up not getting the glasses and disappointed I spent so much time looking around. I figured since I got the prescription I can just order online, nope, the ladies there didn't want to give me my measurements when I called in asking if it was possible. My mom recommended I go to palm vision instead, and luckily they also took my insurance. The experience was just as lovely as the LensCrafters experience and less crowded which I love. I received attentive care and all the ladies working there were really nice. I was dead set on finding the same frames I found at LensCrafters and i did! Although they were a bit more expensive than LensCrafters price I wasn't worried since my insurance covered most of the cost, and Not only was the service good but Lisa helped me find alternate affordable choices that were flattering to my face and taste making sure I knew all my options. My real fear came down to the cost of the lenses as that is where LensCrafters tried to break my pockets. To my relief and surprise they had amazing priced packages for the lenses with great warranty options attached to them. Lisa took her time to go over and explain the different lens filters with me and also asked an important question that the sales lady At LensCrafters didn't " what are you using your glasses for? " from there she was able to quickly recommend and alert me of filter packages that actually mattered in correspondence with my prescription. I will definitely be bringing my brothers and sisters here as most of us have/ or now need some type of prescription glasses. Thank you for all your help Lisa, it's been 10+ years since I last went and got me a pair of glasses and I hope to write a review about our experience with their Dr. Soon. I'm actually waiting on a eye exam schedule request for my younger sister as I type this.“

“I have been coming here for about 4 years but passed this place MANY times throughout the years. Dr. Heiden and his daughter have been here for years. My optometrist is Dr. Jackie, she is AMAZING!! I love how calm and to the point she is, and she figures it out. My script was a problem when I first came. I had distance issues with nighttime, anxiety issues driving and reading issues with computers. Past doctors were heading towards bifocals in my 40s! until Dr. Jackie. She not only figured out my script but kept away from bifocals. The staff is always polite and friendly and accommodating. They have all styles and budgets to meet your needs with glasses as well from Versace to Bebe to Coach. Adults and children.“
