Very good customer service. The receptionist was kind and sweet, accommodating to a change in schedule. The facilities are clean and have very advanced technology. Dr. Benjamin took the time to discuss my eye health, using a screen he could draw on with helpful diagrams. Honestly, probably the best optometrist appointment I’ve ever had.

My visit for my daughter was very welcoming. The front desk staff were great. They were patient with my 3 year old throughout the whole process. The office was bery nice neat and clean. I willBe going back.

Excellent people to deal with , reception young lady was amazing , the complete staff impressed me. Dr explained so much to me that no other optometrist ever did. Young lady checking my eyes was having an issue with one of the machines was very patient , not making a big issue with her problem. The young lady helping me choose frames etc. was fantastic. Dr Thayil, I figure must be a good guy to work for and with.!!!!!! Bravo team! Keep up that great work!
