“We hired Tri-Town to redo our roof after Hurricane Ian. The initial sales person was great but then he left the company. It was a touch rocky after that until Bert was hired and took over the job. Once he took over he handled everything quickly and efficiently and got the job done in no time. We recently had an inspection due to selling the home and the inspector found 2 shingles that needed replaced. I contacted Bert and he had someone out the next day to fix the issue. “I searched everywhere for a company that could replace the clear vinyl on the sliding panels on my lanai. By a referral, I called White Aluminum and Windows. I took the frames to them on a Thursday afternoon and they told me it would take a couple of weeks. I thought that was very reasonable. By the following Tuesday, just 5 days after I dropped them off, they called just after noon and told me my panels were ready. This was unbelievably great service!
