“Excellent experience here with my two dogs Gracie and Sasha, getting their teeth cleaned. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. My dogs were greeted properly and pet, and visited with before they went off to have their teeth cleaned. I was so happy to have someone clean their teeth so well without having to put them under anesthesia. Amazing prices as well here. Also, their teeth are being cleaned by someone who knows what she is doing, and she actually assists vets in the area for dental cleanings as well, so your dogs will be in good hands.Sasha even enjoyed her time in the waiting room and hopped up in the chair while she was waiting for her turn (while Gracie was getting her teeth cleaned!) Both Sasha and Gracie left with white teeth and wagging tails! I will definitely be bringing them back here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!“

“After reading the reviews and myself as an advanced level healthcare provider-I was skeptical.I first learned about Nicole though a patient who told me about the non-sedated canine teeth cleaning that she performs.I decided to give her a try because my precious pup is 14 years old and I did not want to subject him to anesthesia if unnecessary.Nicole was amazing!She is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is talking about.I found her warm and kind to my pup and he actually liked her.She also did an excellent job grooming him! I think it sad that some people use this platform to complain about fees and staffing issues.These are level entry jobs and typically very transient.Immediately after my first visit-I booked the next one. I'd give a million star review if I could!“

“My husband took our 18 year old cat , Joey there for a sinus infection. Staff was very attentive and it's close to home . They also have limited Saturday hours. Receptionist was super nice in setting up follow up appointment. Anyone who has cats knows that car rides and vet appointments are traumatic but Best Friends made it just a little bit easier. Then my two young cats hissed at him when he came home because he smelled like the vet's office. A can of food later and they're over it and of course they wanted the goody bag of treats he came home with.“

“I can't say enough good things about this place! I drop my dogs off there often as I am out of town for work. When I tell my dogs they are going to "camp" they are so excited. Especially to see their favorite person Ali! (Allison). They don't even think twice before going off with her. They get walks treats and baths! My English Zeke is older and has ear stuff and eye stuff going on and I can't believe how clean and treated his eyes and ears were when I got him back. They always take such special and great care of my animals now and in the past. Especially when we had to put one down. Thank you all for your kindness and caring efforts for my fur babies!“

The medication was twice the cost I would Pay if I was ordering it online, but given it was an emergency situation, she was able to be treated that same day instead of me waiting for a necessary medication delivery in the mail. I think some of the reviewers forget to consider this is an emergency room. and just like human emergency care, it is generally more costly. That said, The cost wasn't horribly bad. I would take my cat there again in a heartbeat if necessary.“

Dr. Amy K Bosecker was so darn FANTASTIC it’s hard to put into words!! My dog was so scared coming in and was calm when we left. The entire staff took time to make sure my baby boy was comfortable and calm and they made sure to explain everything to myself and my husband and make sure we was comfortable and knew the cost every step of the way!!
