I walked into Load More Plate Personal Training desperate. After 5 years, several GI Doctors, medical testing and a bunch of meds, I was miserable. I barely could eat anything more than a liquid diet and when I tried I was vomiting and swelling (from a large to 2x). Ryan came off very confident that he could help. I was very skeptical but figured I'd give it a shot. Well, here I am 8 weeks later, I'm so happy I did. I'm down 10 lbs, have energy, feel better and CAN EAT! I can never say how much Load More Plate Personal Training has saved my life, more than Ryan will ever know. I feel like I've gotten my life back. I have been attending personal training with my husband at LMP for just about two months now. From day one, it felt like a family. People are kind and welcoming and never make you feel like you’re being judged like some other gym cultures do. The trainers are all very well educated and do their job at holding you accountable and making your time in the gym worthwhile. I personally have lost 10+ lbs in this very short time while also building my strength. I would never go to another gym for personal training. 5/5 stars. Best spot in town!
