I have had serious balance issues. After my first session at Integrative Bodyworks I am seeing a huge difference in walking. My balance is under control. I am very happy with my results. Helen
Had a myofacial release massage after back surgery .Haven't felt so well in ages. Alex's knowledge of osteopathic manipulation ,which involves stretching , massaging and moving the musculoskeletal system, ( yes, I googled )is very refreshing because he can begin tell by your aches and pains what is going on with your body. Certainly more so than any medical doctor I've ever seen, trying to find out why I'm having so many back and hip problems.I had my initial assessment and a good massage and made my next appointment. I think his knowledge is amazing and I'm very happy I found him.
Alex is absolutely amazing. His attention to detail and care and finding the best way to treat me was truly exceptional. I left after one visit feeling so much more relief than when I went in and I look forward to going back again to continue my healing process.
