“I've been bringing my kids here since they were 3 & 5. Now 16 & 18. My daughter had been sick for over a week and I tried urgent cares and had no luck. I came in just after lunch one afternoon and explained that I didn't have an appointment but my daughter was in need of seeing a Dr ASAP. They were able to get me in and out in 35 mins. My daughter tested positive for the flu. They're the best!“

“Dra. Clemente has been my kids pediatrician for 16 years and I will recommend her with my eyes closed. I have 4 kid and she has been their doctor since they were born. “My mom brought me here my whole childhood and I've been bringing my son for 13 years. My Dr was Dr.Winnick until he retired. Here's my ratings on who is there now that I've seen with my son. I've never had an issue making an appointment. Maybe the preferred time isn't available but they always fit you in. Ratings are 1 thru 5,5 being the best. Cyrlack:5 , Budowski:5 , Chang:5 , Magnus:4 bed side manners not as good as first 3 mentioned. Beloff:2 no personality Van Putton:3 nice but new you can tell she's new. There are so many dr.s what i suggest is to take an appointment with a many as you can to see who you like the most, unless you fall in love with the one you see first. 8 out of 10 times the nurses are patient. “Great patient care. Dr. Jessica Joseph is a great pediatrician. Highly recommend. The staff is efficient you come in you check in. They call your name and fill out your paperwork and not long before you're called. If you are there on time for your appointment.“

“My daughter's therapist Ana is amazing! I love how she interacts with her and my daughter likes her alot. She has been doing so much better in such a short period of time, but... sighh..I'm not too thrilled about the company with such a huge name. I had to call 3-4 different numbers, be placed on hold for almost 20mins each time just to change one my daughter's appointments. I work in healthcare, I get it can get busy, but what frustrated me is that each person said they couldn't help me and that I had to call a different number. Getting evaluations are great but keeping the clients coming is the idea, especially if they called to come in for therapy that means they actually need it. Two reps said they only handle evaluations and that's great but what about the actual patients..??... I don't know who handles that department but they dropped the ball on this one. It shouldn't be that difficult to have some of the same eval reps handle schedules for patients too. My outpatient facility does it. It avoids this type of frustration. There should be 1-2 direct lines for scheduling. I would be glad to help if need be.

Update:** The scheduling department manager Jamie called me and was really nice enough to listen to my concerns and assist me with getting in contact with my daughter's therapist and who helped change my daughter's therapy schedule. We had a great conversation about everything and I thought the response time was great and of course Ana is amazing ❤️. Thank you both for assisting me with getting my daughter's therapy organized. ? from 3 to 5.“
