I have to give them three stars sadly because I do truly believe thereare some good nurses and doctors working here because I have beenhere in the past, and I live In Pembroke Pines and drive all the way toMiami lakes for this specific urgent care, but last night I had the worstexperience ever with a women Hispanic middle age nurse practitionerthat's basically belittle my husband and 1. Carlos at the front desk was amazing! His attention to the patient is bar none. Every medical facility should have a Carlos Velez. Thank you for making us feel at ease even with a very sick child ?
