At 35 weeks pregnant, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jessica Valencia at Children's Medical Association-Miramar. From the warm welcome by Melanie at the front desk to Dr. Valencia's thorough introduction to the practice, our experience was exceptional. Dr. Valencia took the time to answer all our questions, and we left feeling confident about entrusting our newborn's care to Children's Medical Association.

My experience at Children’s Medical Association was truly wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so pleasant, professional, and kind. They took the time to listen carefully, answer questions, and ensure everything was clearly explained.

The environment was clean, organized, and child-friendly, which made the visit even more reassuring. The medical team showed genuine care and compassion, and you could tell they truly enjoy working with children and families.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I left feeling confident and grateful for the excellent care provided.

Dr. Valencia was extremely helpful and empathetic when we took our 3 year old for an emergency visit since she was running a cold. The front desk was not as welcoming and friendly, but the new doctor was a great addition to their medical team. She helped us feel much better about her recovery and guided us through the right testing (cold/ flu/ covid) to get a treatment plan. Very pleased.
