I did not have insurance and I decided to save some costs by just having the lenses replaced in my old frames for a couple pairs of glasses. They did a great job. Techs for the glasses were great as well. Will be coming here for now on.“

“I've been wearing progressive lenses forever and am very comfortable with them. I needed an exam and possibly new glasses and went here because it is close. The exam experience was great but honestly, the new glasses were terrible. I could see better without them. After some trial and error, we started over. The second set were very good. I wore them for a few months and the frames broke. I went in not sure exactly what to expect. Jamie was very helpful. First, she warrantied the frames and said she would order me a new pair of glasses. I asked if I could get the warrantied pair, but then pay for another frameset and use the lenses in my broken pair to have a second set. She said sure, but of course, they didn't have any of my frames in stock anywhere in Pace or Pensacola. After a bit of a search, Jamie found maybe the only 2 pair of my frames left on the planet. She ordered them both and a week or so later, I had new glasses and a spare pair. It was an interesting start, but I am very pleased with the way things worked out and will go here again. Thanks.“
