Dr. T is an amazing eye doctor and thoroughly explains everything to you. He answers all of your questions and doesn't rush your appointment. He makes sure you understand everything before he concludes your appointment. He personally walks you to the eyeglass section and tells the optician what you need and tells them to take good care of you. Dr. T's staff is excellent, friendly and all of them have superior customer service skills.
Wonderful first-time experience! Everyone was very professional but, most of all, very warm, friendly and human. With each staff member I met, they seemed like old friends and treated me as such. The best part for me (and for my wife) was reconnecting with Dr. Hannah. We both enjoyed being in her care at a previous eye clinic. She’s very knowledgeable, professional but friendly and caring. In summary, everyone was awesome! Thank you!
As soon as I entered, the staff was extra friendly, and made me feel right at home. It was a very pleasant experience. I think the staff and the doctor for running such a fine business.
