Today, 8/23/23, I was there for a colonoscopy, they scheduled me for 6 am, because I called to find out the time, they did not inform me of anything else, I had already spoken with the dr the day before about the preparation and they had me sit in the lobby until 9 am because I asked to speak to a supervisor, they passed the entire group for that time, they explained to me that they had been late with me because I had not answered the call from the nurse the day before, a call that they never made, I felt very bad and I was mistreated by a nurse who works in the conoloscopy room because when I explained to her that they didn't make the call, she said yes, that they call...read full review

OMG! Run for the hills. If it is not their network with Simply then they are like turtles to get a referral. I feel sorry for the seniors that are manipulated to use their network instead of waiting on a referral. I wanted to talk to the person in charge of the referrals and the representative said she did not know her name. I asked for the headquarters number so I can talk to them and she said you are calling the main office but I don't know the name. Is that possible? The rep works in the same building and does not know the name of the person that signs the referrals.
