Service is friendly and welcoming. When I have to talk to my mother doctor I leave a message and he calls you back within a reasonable time period. Also it is nice that even though my mom is in the hospital the shuttle driver , Valentine who would normally pickup up my mom calls me to find out how she is doing, even though that is not his job.
The small Westchester clinic is where Leon Medical Centers' policy is best manifested: personal attention at all times. The medical, paramedical, administrative and other staff are all friendly and caring and, precisely because it is a small clinic, they all know the patients by name. Primary doctors and specialists are top quality and concerned about their patients like the Hippocratic doctors.
