I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with a support representative for Colohouse named Liam, based (as I understand it) in Chicago. Even through my own erroneous selection of menu options, Liam was happy to assist me despite the fact that I ended up in the wrong department. Moreover, he corteously directed me to the appropriate location for my query, offering clear and helpful guidance to ensure my success for my specific case. It is rare to find companies, especially in the tech industry, which offer 24/7 on-call support with real people without having to negotiate with a litany of confusing, machine-automated response options.
