Amazing experience with PC Rescue! I worked with Jason who was very helpful diagnosing my issue, coming up with a solution, and getting my problem fixed. They worked around my schedule to help make the repair convenient. Can’t recommend them enough and will be using them again if needed!
Super reliable, quick and effective service, very kind communication!I called different computer repair companies and between those not answering the phone and those working only for small and medium entreprises, PC Rescue sounded the most professional and dedicated one already from the phone call!The complete diagnose was done in less than 24 hours, the hardware repair in much less time than what was foreseen. Let me just start with the fact that I rarely if ever leave a review. However, in this case, I found that Jason and his team warranted it. With one phone call and two hours of time the team here were able to solve a crucial, time-sensitive issue for me. Couldn’t recommend them more.
