They are irresponsible, my mother had a stroke and her appointments have been violated, the transportation has been changed, the schedules are people who are so inept that they shouldn't work for elderly people, they call and they leave you on hold and in the end no one comes out on the phone, it's really a disaster, the lack of respect and inconsistencies in what they say and do is very undesirable

Worst Medical center ever, they don’t know how to respect appointments times, referrals uff good luck with that, me personally more than 5 times requested with enough time and never was processed, several times need to reschedule cause referrals wasn’t available

It occurred to me to ask for a print out with my appointment schedule and they told me no because they couldn't Guarantee the appointment dates due to the Instability with the specialists???????I am very worried because I need to know the dates in advance. It will be possible for me to get my hands on the schedule.
