This company is very good as far as their employees. I contacted them as a first time customer and the owner is not very friendly but he sent a very nice plumber out here who was very efficient and did a great job. Unfortunately, the problem I had turned out to be more of an air conditioning problem. The owner Robert told his plumber to tell us that we should call a friend of his who is an air conditioning contractor, but that if his friend could not help us that he would give his plumber permission to come back here and finish the job For us. We waited and we called his friend the air conditioning contractor as instructed. Neither the air conditioning contractor or Robert from Bay Plumbing ever called us back, so finally, I messaged Robert, towards the end of the week to ask what was going on, and Robert, called me back in a very rude and insulting manner, and tried to claim that he had never told his plumber to tell me exactly what me and my companion were told when the plumber was here and tried to tell me that I imagined what we were told or that I misunderstood and when I told him well, my companion was here and he heard the plumber say the same thing, so we were not imagining anything, Robert, the owner said he did not care whether I had 10 other people here and that he did not want anything else to do with me or my air conditioning problem and hung up on me and insulted me. Unfortunately, even though the plumber was so nice and did a great job. I will never use this company again.

I hired them to fix a clog in my main drain line and the next morning 2 technicians came out and located my problem . The very next morning 2 other technicians came out, dug down 2 feet to find the drain line, added a clean out T and were done by noon. Cleaned up and left everything perfect. I am very impressed at the knowledge the technicians have. Chris,Jose, Robbie and Angel and of course their boss Robert. I highly recommend Bay Plumbing
