My experience with Intelligent Construction was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and attentive during the entire project, which consisted of a full remodel of my apartment (flooring, kitchen and baths). From permitting to materials selection to final punch list, they provided me with options to help stick to my budget and delivered their services in a timely and efficient manner. They found creative solutions to the inevitable roadblocks and made a process that is normally very stressful a more pleasant experience than I could have expected. And the end result was fantastic!
