Kim is the best!!! She always does a great job on my mani pedis and she gives amazing massages. If you go see her make sure to upgrade to deluxe it’s worth every penny for her massage. So happy I found her!!!Services: Foot massages

They aren't too bad. You got to find the right person. Not everyone there knows who to do nails. It's kinda like a trial and error. Their prices are decent. They do need a better selection of colors..

TLDR ; CHANGING PRICES DURING MANICURE Etc. Let me begin by saying, Yes, I did read the online reviews & still decided to make an appointment for a SIMPLE gel manicure & gel pedicure. As a new customer I made sure to get the prices before going. I arrived 5mins. early & checked in a male nail technician, who I assume is the owner/manager. Now this is ONE REASON maybe why BambooNail&Spa is rated horribly. In my experience, I believe the role of the receptionist is NOT ONLY to book appointment, answer phone calls, etc. but have all intentions of "up-pricing" customers only once they have arrived & then also pretend to "double check" prices to upcharge them. I feel use their accents to victimize themselves & blame others for the "miscommunication". When IN FACT, THEY ALL SPEAK MANDARIN, ENGLISH & SPANISH ! Now, I was upset for multiple reasons. After the receptionist (who I made my appointment with over the phone) assisted me with choosing gel polishes, he states 15mins later that someone is now prepping for my pedicure. 10mins after, he has someone else starts my manicure. After washing my hands, she then attempts to confirm my needs for correct pricing.
