Although I loved the ambience and price of the service I received, manicure and pedicure, I felt as though the manicurist was afraid of doing her job. She almost forgot to cut my cuticles in one foot till I brought it up. She was so delicate but not in a good way. I just personally feel as though a lot of steps were missed. I got home and had to properly file some nails and remove excess cuticles.

Excellent service provided by Karla. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great communication. Have being doing my postoperative with her and I am obtaining good results. Highly recommend Karla.
