“I had a great experience using their services. I had to attend a fifteens birthday party on a weekend. But I had forgotten that my suit for the occasion was very dirty from its last use. I looked all over the place for dry cleaning businesses that worked on the weekends because I needed this suit done on a Saturday. After visiting one shop, I was recommended by the owner to visit this one, because they are open on weekends. So I dropped off my suit here on Friday afternoon with very little hope that I would get done on time. To my surprise this shop was up to the task and I had my suit back and in perfect condition the next day by 3PM. The customer service was great and very understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend this shop and will likely be returning very soon to get all my suits dry cleaned here but this time without the rush.“

“Rey's is by far the best place in town for exquisite finish on GUAYABERAS. Now I can attest that their CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES THEIR EXCELLENCE in dry cleaning. On a recent Saturday when my order was not ready by promised date (due Friday), I was informed that their laundry facilities were closed with no personnel on site and no way of retrieving the clothing until after Tuesday, I was very distressed. But Susy, the store manager, immediately promised to do her best to help me. She came through. She contacted the business OWNER who then went personally (after hours, on a Saturday) to their main laundry facility, located the order and drove it to the shop where Susy was waiting for me to pick up. They went above and beyond! IMPRESSIVE...this kind of outstanding customer service is rare. It is very much appreciated and cherished when encountered in this day and age.
