I love that they offer 24-hour pickup for some items, which is super convenient. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. While this place is slightly pricey than average, you can rest assured your pieces will be taken excellent care of. They've removed tough stains from my suede and cleaned my vintage Sherpa denim jacket with care. I fully trust them with my high-quality pieces--this is my go-to cleaner from now on!“

The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$120 at The Men’s Warehouse.
