“Andrew is an awesome trainer who I have been working with for a few months now. He is focused on whole body fitness. I was interested in strength training alone but he convinced me that additional stretching exercises would be vital to gaining strength in a more functional way. And he really has me more limber than ever before even though we still have a lot of work to do on my shoulder stiffness. Andrew is very cautious to avoid exacerbating old injuries (or incurring new ones) while also encouraging me to push myself in a controlled way. He is mature enough to have seen all the fads over many years and relies on the fundamentals of strengthening, adapting them to serve my body specifically.
