Fuze House is an innovative spin on mat work combined with infrared heat and it is extremely effective. Founded by one of the leading minds and bodies behind reformer Pilates, Elisa Kaylin, this studio is not only made for Pilates and fitness enthusiasts, it is made by one, operates as one and produces great results. I love Fuze House, the classes, the environment, the top of the line tools and weights used during class all contribute to an easy to issue FIVE STAR RATING. Tips: Get there early to find parking and locate the studio. I loved visiting this studio! I've been searching for a favorite heated Pilates studio since I moved to the area and Fuze House is now at the top of my list! I went to the hot sculpt strength class with Pamela and loved it! Pamela made sure I had all the right equipment and had a great full body workout sequence. The infrared heat does make a difference-- I can't explain it but the warmth does feel different to other studios that don't have infrared heat. I recently had the pleasure of attending Emily Kanter's hot Pilates class, and I must say it was the best Pilates experience I have ever had.Emily's energy and enthusiasm were infectious.
