The roof they put on my house seems to have been done properly, but they are not good with communication or cleanup.I was disappointed to learn when it came time to do the job that their quote did not include some of the options we had talked about when he bid the job. My understanding was that it did, so I was surprised when they showed up and wanted an additional $1100.Their schedule changes often due to weather and other unforseen delays, which is completely understandable. I have contracted with Advanced Roof Technology twice and have referred them to numerous friends and acquaintances. It's the ONLY roofing company I would use or recommend. The owner is engaged and attentive. Brandon, the Office Coordinator, is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Their crew is hard working, professional and courteous. They show up, get the job done and done right, respect your property and clean up after themselves. Everyone was extremely professional starting with the owner Steven Scott, they did exactly as they promised. Brandon Massimini did a great job as Office coordinator, everything ran very smoothly. All the technicians on the roof knew exactly what they had to do to complete the job in a timely professional manner.I was a business owner in Pennsylvania for 25 years and that's the way to run a successful business.I am honestly very pleased with Advanced Roof Technology, Inc. from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know, they absolutely get a 5 Star rating from me.Services: Skylight installation
