“Like most people, I solicited a number of roofing companies for estimates to replace our roof. Not only was JT Roofing the lowest bidder, I was particularly impressed with the presentation by Ed Fadden. I felt comfortable that the work would be done correctly, and with quality workmanship. My belief was confirmed when the work was completed. The roofing crew completed the removal and reinstallation in two days, and I was pleased with the outcome. A short time later, I noticed a shingle that was lifted (apparently done by the contractor that installed the gutters). On a Sunday, I texted Ed and asked if he would send someone out to fix it. To my surprise, I received a quick reply and a member of the roofing crew arrived that same day to fix the shingle. That's impressive service!“

“Ed Hough was quick to respond to my request for a quote and ensured that I received the documents the HOA was demanding. The roof was replaced in two days, even though some needed materials were removed from the site by an outside party. His proposal came in as the lowest of three other bids, and his final price was close to the original bid. The roof was inspected recently as part of the home sale process, and it passed with no issues. Overall, a quality job, and I highly recommend H&H roofing.“

“The roof they put on my house seems to have been done properly, but they are not good with communication or cleanup.I was disappointed to learn when it came time to do the job that their quote did not include some of the options we had talked about when he bid the job. My understanding was that it did, so I was surprised when they showed up and wanted an additional $1100.Their schedule changes often due to weather and other unforseen delays, which is completely understandable. However in the few days leading up to my job they didn't contact me once to let me know of schedule changes, I had to call them every time.Once the job was complete, they didn't do a very thorough job of cleaning up - leaving plenty of smaller debris items in the lawn.But like I said, the roof itself seems to have been done right, at least as far as I can tell (I'm not a roofing expert by any means). That's more than I can say about the previous roof, so I guess at the end of the day that's what really matters.“
