“Customer service is a lost art with most companies nowadays. Not with Carlos from Imperial. He and his team did an amazing job building a large dock for us. From design to permitting to construction, everything was done professionally and they made suggestions during construction to make the finished product even better. Even when there was a minor issue, Imperial stepped up and took care of it quickly. I have worked with many contractors on several construction projects, and I can honestly say this company is one of the best. Doing anything with a dock is at least a year process, so plan ahead, but wait extra to work with this company if you need to.“
