I stopped into your office yesterday and Brian Michael was in the office. I explained to him that we had company coming in from Pennsylvania and needed our remotes that control the dock lift to be working so we could take our guests out boating when they come. Brian considered how important this was and said I will come by this afternoon and take care of the problem. He came as promised and went out of his way to take care of the problem. He was courteous and pleasant. Based on the wonderful service we received from Brian we decided to sign a maintenance agreement to service our lift twice a year. Collier Seawall & Dock does great work and I would recommend them to anyone on Marco Island. They have done maintenance on my lifts for the past two years, as well as some modifications to my lifts, and they show up on time and are very thorough. They have great people (Sam) as well!!
