“DSI constructed a new 170 ft Seawall and a large dock multi-use dock, for my property on Marco Island. It was a quality job, from start to finish. DSI also made excellent suggestions for improving my original design, making better use of the seawall space for lift to accommodate a 33 ft Center console, a jet ski and dinghy platform lift, and a large dock space for a 75-foot vessel using slide-moor hardware. The dock was thoroughly tested by Hurricane Ian in 2022 and came through without any issues.“

“Cornerstone recently completed a third renovation for us, this time in our kitchen. The project required cabinetry, tile, and electrical work.

Peter, the Design Consultant, worked with us to select the cabinets and appropriate trim. Will, who worked with us in the past, oversaw the workmanship, which was excellent. Carpenters, Cliff and Lincoln, were able to expertly match the new cabinets with the existing 8-year old cabinets. Francisco did an exceptional job with the tiles, which required numerous 45-degree cuts.
