“When the system needed to be replaced, I got a handful of quotes. Cooler was reasonable so he got the job.This turned into a difficult project. There was a hard to detect problem that caused Cooler to replace the outdoor unit twice (both new units). Even after that, things were still working poorly. At last, he found the line set was severely kinked. He spent a lot of time and resources to make things right. That’s integrity.“

I’ve been using them a few years now and have always felt blessed to have found them. They’ve gone above and beyond to keep my systems running in top form. They’ve always surpassed my expectations. I sat and helped (I.e watched) my service man today. I was blown away by their technical expertise, tools, and IT they utilize to ensure they fix it right. It appears to me they try to keep the same service person for each resident. Mac is mine, we have a good report, he remembers me, my system, and all previous service calls.
