We've been using Bay Heating & Cooling since we moved here in 2015. Our aging HVAC system has necessitated visits at least once a year since then, and they are always courteous, professional, affordable, and--perhaps most importantly--QUICK. Mack and Jonathon have been out here several times and they are the most friendly, patient, and thorough craftsmen I've ever done business with. Our unit finally gave up the ghost last week, and less than five business days later we already have a brand new unit humming away.
