Love Dawn’s upbeat workouts and large group personal training classes. I’m always greeted by smiling faces and others ready to dig in and just have a good workout, doing our best and being supported with modifications if needed, where it’s okay to crush it or if you’re having a down day just get through the doors and do your best, high five at the end and see ya next time! It’s just good vibes and I’m so grateful to have found such a welcoming and strong community to pursue my health goals with!

Had my first class today and boy oh boy! What an awesome experience. Dawn is the owner and is incredible. I told her about my weaknesses with my body and let her know I hadn’t been in a gym for almost a year. She helped me modify throughout the class and made sure I was doing ok. I left there with my legs feeling like jelly… it was the perfect amount of workout that really pushed me but wasn’t over kill either. I love that it isn’t hiit or boot camp or cross fit but takes more of a functional approach and they make sure form is correct to prevent injuries. Finally looking forward to working out again and excited to get back there tomorrow!!!

Vision Quest is hands down the best! As someone that has tried a lot of gyms and fitness programs in the past working with Dawn has been a game changer for me not only physically but mentally. I move to the area a few years ago from the west coast, started looking for a gym and found Vision Quest I was in a rut with my body after having a baby and my mental health wasn’t great. My first class with dawn was so fun and informative but I also felt very welcome. I have now been going to the gym for over a year now and I have seen the most changes in myself both physical and mental. I never get bored and am always looking forward to going to a class. If you are on the fence I recommend just going for it you won’t regret anything! Thanks Dawn for all that you do 😊
