The gym is well outfitted and the training staff is excellent. They help with nutrition, exercise, and rehab as necessary. All are well educated and certified in their respective areas of expertise. My sons and I have been going here for years and have seen noticeable improvements in our strength and overall health.

If you are looking for the best, Karol and Mike are the "Pros".Their knowledge of the science of exercise is amazing. They are so thorough in explaining the basis of each exercise and how it affects each body part. They have the expertise in the PT field to assure you achieve success. I have been with Karol for 8 years and before that i had given up on training from my former trainer as i was not gaining any knowledge from that person. So i went on my own not paying attention to any foods just exercising to what i wanted to do and was gaining weight. I got really down about it do i started looking around and saw two people that i wanted to interview and it was Karol that i chose due to her strict teaching to people.
