“We had an accordion patio shutter placed about 20 years ago. It has worked out perfectly throughout the years. Lately, some of the rollers that hold the shutter in place have become loose and a couple of them had broken. I called Sun Barrier and asked to have someone come out and take a look at it. The unbelievable happened next! I was told that one of their technicians was in our area that afternoon. Brian stopped by a few hours later and evaluated our situation. He advised us that new rollers should be placed on the shutters to make everything run smoother. Brian looked at his calendar and called into the office and said he could be here tomorrow morning! He and James arrived right on time and started to work. In only a few hours, they had the shutters back in place with the new rollers working even better than when we first got the shutter 20 years ago. My wife and I watched in amazement as Brian and James worked together as a team to get the job done. Now we have accordion shutters that work perfectly. Green Energy replaced all of our windows and double sliding glass door last fall. It's been a great experience working with every member of their team. Dana and Elise in the office, Michael with custom window fabrication, Jeremy in sales, Chocho and his team for installation; everyone has been professional and great to work with. I love that our windows have storm security with the lamination, also all the energy efficiency, security and functionality I'd want from new windows. It brings peace of mind when the hurricanes hit. Chocho did a great job on install. He had a tricky job with our older home. It required some minor stucco and framing work to get the windows installed properly. We're very happy with the finished install! They were tested during Hurricane Milton and had no problems at all!

The other reviews stating that it takes 4ish months from order to install are correct. I'm told each window is custom made and in my opinion it's well worth the wait! Also a great option for custom window sizes!“
