“Doors by Tim just replaced an entryway door for me. My original door had been replaced by another company who had ordered the wrong door and then had spent 6 months jury rigging it. Since it still wasn't fitting properly, I hired Doors by Tim to replace the door installed by the first company. Doors by Tim ordered the correct door, installed it within 7 weeks of my order date and completed the job within a day. The door works great, they reinstalled my locks without damaging them and they cleaned up the job site. Doors by Tim identified the root cause of the problem - house settling- and were able to install the door and the trim to correct the issue so that I no longer have gaps along the door seals that were allowing critters to enter my home. This is the second time I have used their services and I would use them again for other projects. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth the money. I could have saved 6 months of hassle if I had used them in the first place.“
