“Mr. Jim Rice is a good and honest man. I was quoted by another company almost $13,000 to fix an issue with my A/C. I noticed Jim Rice over at my neighbor’s and asked him for a quote telling him all the huge “issues” the other company found.
Long story short, we almost got scammed.
Jim Rice fixed the one small problem at no cost and said our system was perfectly fine. Our A/C is now working great! My neighbors and I recommend him.“
