“I couldn’t find a studio or workout regimen that I love and could stay consistent at until I joined club Pilates! I love the workouts that the women put together for us. It varies enough to where I can go everyday at the same time. I usually go to Michelle - she’s one of my favorites. She keeps the classes fun and up beat and is so sweet. One tip that was helpful for myself when joining: follow their advice on taking the level 1 classes until you are comfortable with the cues and form! 1.5 is harder than it sounds!“

The training staff are so knowledgeable, and they have really helped me work out on the weaknesses in my body to help strengthen my golf game.
