“At the insistence of my massage therapist one year ago I walked into Club Pilates on Ulmerton Road in Largo. I was greeted by the nicest person, Peggy!!, We spoke briefly. I told her i have compressed discs L-4,L5. I have to do the two step every morning to get out of bed. I have been practicing dentistry for over 40 years and I've tried everything short of surgery. I told her i would give it a 3 month trial and then decide if I will continue. Fast forward 1 year and 150 classes later I am a new version of myself WITHOUT any back pain. The instructors are amazing . Of course I have my favorite instructors, Athena and Tania. To be honest they are all good but these two have worked with me and have made a huge difference in my life. “Darren the manager is very hands on and friendly, while I'm not a member of this gym, I did walk through and check it out. The facility was clean, it had a quiet atmosphere with music playing at a reasonable level in the background.

If I lived closer, I would gladly be a member of this gym.“
