“I went for a free trial given by Chloe the manager at the Clearwater location. Chloe shared about the programs, and how convenient the studio is by having 24 hour access. My younger sister had been a part of HotWorx during her nursing assignments in Texas. She encouraged me to go and I never did. I decided to give it a try when riding by a few days ago, I started researching it on YouTube. The reviews were amazing and even doctors encouraged people to try this style of fitness for the health benefits! I came in the studio and Chloe have me a tour and asked if I would like to come and try a session! She was awesome, great caring personality!!!I came in yesterday 6/30 for my free session during my lunch break -the workout I chose was 15 minute HIIT workouts Hot Thunder/Cycle BOTH were absolutely fantastic! I began to sweat ? within the first couple minutes of my session. I was even able to take a quick shower ? which felt amazing after that session, I love the fact that a HIIT session is only 15 minutes but you feel as if you have done 60 minutes! It is an answer to a prayer to find my “forever home ? “ in my workout regimen. I Love Love the benefits of the infrared sauna ?♀️ and I am literally encouraging other friends to come and try it out…. Also I made a video for a YT short and shared my thoughts!!!! I am so happy with my decision! As we age as women we MUST find a wellness program that works for our bodies, keep stress away and build a stronger body! “5 star rating ? let me tell you why !! lol ... so growing up I litterally stayed behind this Establishment before the city of Clearwater ever existed behind them and they had these ( 2 grey hounds ) that sometimes would get out ?? me and my sisters where young ! like 7 or 8 young and after getting off the bus we would take our chances most times we made it to the house other times we jetted through the rain to the house because they somehow got out lol .. they’d follow us home and litterally hang out there ?❤️ Lol .. I also remember thinking the people there where vampires because we never seen them LIKE EVER ? .. now I’m 23 and no longer located in Clearwater but was looking into places for Ariel Yoga session and yoga in general , only to find out that this same place is next to where I grew up and brought back so many great memories ❤️ ? thank you ❤️ Your pups made my childhood even better ?❤️“
