“They are not continuing the care level she was at when she discharged home from Morton Plant rehab. My mom was up with a walker and stand by assist with ADLs and now she can barely stand and walk and has to be pushed in a wheelchair. My mom said her OT told her she has gone backwards since she has been home with this company. My mom takes blood pressure and heart meds but staff is not doing vitals to make sure her BP and pulse are within parameters. Blood sugar checks are not being done and she takes diabetic meds. This is unacceptable. I asked Mike what his credentials were and he would not tell me. My mom sounds tired and not herself when I call, I live out of state. I will be making a visit!!“
