Our problem involved WIFI and Home Network issues which we had no idea how to fix. Ernest Ezell came out, knew exactly what to do, and had all devices up and running in a short amount of time. I am very lucky to have found this place and the owner Ernest. I took a old laptop that had gone to a black screen after a update and a new laptop my wife had bought about a year ago. I was hoping he could retrieve the data from the old one and transfer it to the new laptop. He not only was able to save my data but he also was able to repair the old laptop and reload the data. Ernest the owner is not only very knowledgeable but a really nice guy. He was able to explain everything so even a old guy like me could understand. He explained how it's a good thing to bring your computer in for regular maintenance to help keep it working fast. His prices are very reasonable....read full review
