Fixed computer for the continuing problem of upgrades knocking out my drivers for Bluetooth. Couldn't get help from Dell without buying another fairly useless service agreement, as previously they would just give me a Band-Aid fix, never addressing the real problem. Larry fixed it and threw in better malware protection on top of it.Thanks

Larry gave me great advice regarding what I should do with my out of warranty laptop with a broken system board. He could have repaired and fixed it again but called it a lemon and saved me money. I'd definitely go back when I need a repair or anything computer related for that matter. Thanks again.
