Everything related to our experience in working with First Choice on our primary bathroom remodel was excellent. Initial consultation, permit process, demolition, remodel, inspections, tile, glass, touch ups and final approval all were conducted and performed by various representatives with professionalism, understanding and kindness. Yes! I’m talking about hired contractors!!! I know!!! This has not been my experience with the majority of contractors that we’ve worked with before and those experiences make me appreciate First Choice all the more. There is a wealth of knowledge there that allowed us to step back from the project with a confidence that it was being done properly and did not force us to constantly oversee what was being done in our home and that greatly reduced an otherwise stressful situation. We love the finished product and know that we now have an amazing resource available to us for any other projects that we face moving forward. Thanks again to the entire team at First Choice!“

They helped me take a 100 yr old, humble cottage that needed some love & structural repair, and transformed it into something special that will last another 100 yrs. I can now die in peace. ?

Special hat tip to Joe, their man on site throughout. He does project mgmnt as well as superb finish work (carpentry, tile - he does it all). An excellent communicator as well, with great instincts (via experience) on solutions.

Tony Brown -- whose business card shows no title -- was the guy who showed up at my condo for the appointment. He is friendly, funny and professional, everything you'd want in a salesperson. He made the process easy, answered all my questions and then all I had to do was pick my design and colors. Tony represents the company well.

Every person I dealt with throughout the process was just as friendly and professional as Tony. The customer service is exceptional. The crews that came and worked on my project were polite, respectful, neat, efficient, well trained and really quality people.
