Front office Carla called many times to keep me abreast as to when and how the granite would be delivered and installed. Excellent price on a very large granite piece for a half wall/corner Island. The install crew very friendly and answered any question(s) that arose during the install. There is future business on the horizon. Great job and a huge thank you to Mr. Destrade on the pricing. We have used Granite City for new countertops for three of our families previous and current residences. We recently worked with Luan on our most recent countertops project and I cannot say enough positive statements about him for which there were many. He was a pleasure to work with. His communications with us was absolutely great. Always returned our calls almost immediately of at the least the day of our calls . The products were excellent and so was the workmanship. Karla at Granite City was wonderful. Right from the beginning she was helpful and professional. The process was very quick from the time I decided on what countertop I wanted. The installation went great and I could not be happier with how beautiful my kitchen looks. I would highly recommend Granite City.
