They were informative and up front with me with what the treatment would be but most importantly they were very kind and easy going with my skiddish and anxiety filled doggy. “Best vet experience! I started going to Pebble Creek when I got my first Siberian cat in April 2024. My previous vet did not treat Siberians which is how I became a client at Pebble Creek Animal Hospital. There is never a long wait in the waiting room, and I love the personal touch with the little welcome sign for pet outside of the exam room. I knew if I ever decided to expand my pet family, they were 100% going to Pebble Creek. Well, 10/22 of this year I got my second Siberian. I love the fact they have a free “get to know you” visit with the vet techs and staff (not a doctor visit). I took my new kitten in today and the staff, as always, was amazing. I mostly dealt with Taylor, who is a vet tech. The time she spent with us talking about the kitties, answered many questions, and polite conversation was amazing. I didn’t feel like just another client. She is definitely an asset to this practice! The staff and doctors are kind and take as much time as needed to answer all questions. Also, prices are not inflated like some other practices I’ve been to. Highly recommend!“

“I cannot say enough about Cheval's staff. We had scheduled an emergency appt. due to our pup being in pain & was struggling. Our regular vet was closed and Cheval made a same day appt. for us. Sadly, it was not good news and we needed to lay him to rest. The Dr. was very patient and professional. The staff was sympathetic and gave us the time we needed, despite going into after hours, and ensuring my pup was comfortable & not in pain. We will never forget their kindness!“

Dr Perez went over all recommended vaccines with the costs associated with them, and she never pushed unnecessary medications or foods which is always appreciated. We are so glad we found this vet office so close to us as well. And they are open every day which is a huge plus!“

“I have been coming here ever since I was a child, and my mom had ever since she was a teenager. We have brought ferrets, dogs, and birds and always received such great, caring service.

Last year, I adopted my first dog on my own, and of course there was no other vet I’d take her to. Not even two months ago, I brought her in to get her annual vaccines when Dr. Brooks noticed some lumps in her mammary glands. It is something that I probably never would have noticed on my own. He walked us through what it could be, as well as what we would have to do to test them. With the probability of it being cancer, and with my financial situation, I was heartbroken and preparing for the worst, but the entire team handled this situation with so much grace and they were extremely understanding and able to work with us.

All of her diagnostic tests and surgery were done in just a few weeks without any complications. We got her stitches removed yesterday and I am so so thankful for Dr. Brooks and the entire team here. Sticky has been doing so well, and the cancer was caught before it had the chance to progress. I can’t even explain the relief I feel for getting to have more time with my baby. We owe it all to everyone here for catching it and removing it with such swiftness and care. I could not recommend them enough.“

In healthcare and had many vets for my animals. Dr. Antonio Flores is by FAR the best of the best. He connects with your furry (or non-furry) animal, addresses any and all concerns, listens to the owner, and talks WITH the owner as to the suggested medical plan needed, but wait he waits to see and understand what the owner is thinking, and wanting.
In addition to ALL OF THAT - Dr. Flores is incredibly knowledgeable, educates and is HIGHLY skilled. All this and NO God complex.
I’ve seen nd experienced in the last 3 years, taking care of my 2 cats and 2 dogs nothing but the highest compassion one could ever see.

“I will never go to any other vet. Dr. Danielson is so knowledgeable and he and his staff have always been kind and understanding. Last year, my guinea pig started showing end of life symptoms because she was older in age. I called the office in a panic and they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. Dr. Danielson made sure that my baby was comfortable and he took his time talking to me, reassuring me that I'd done everything that I could. My guinea pig passed away at home shortly after. The office called to check in and I let them know. A few days later, flowers arrived at my door and I received a card saying that a donation had been made in her honor. That meant the world to me. There are some people who think that a small animal means that the love is also small, but any good pet owner knows that that couldn't be further from the truth. The gesture from Dr. Danielson made me feel less alone in my grief and now, a year later, I still think about that kindness. This is an office full of animal lovers who display a kind of beside manner that can't be taught. They have been such a blessing. It doesn't get more compassionate or more professional than Dr. Danielson and his staff.“

“this place is amazing. Dr Register is great with my dogs Poppy and Suki. Suki is going to be 18. A few years ago I thought was going to lose her. Blue pearl said she had cancer. That still may be true but with the supplements for hepatic and renal support and the recommendationa from Dr Register she's still here and living her best life. It's always clean and so calm. The payment plans are a true blessing! Thank you! Cindy D you should remove the bad review if it had nothing to do with the vet care. Not hearing back with a phone call or email 3 business days from that Friday is pretty petty. Sometimes it takes months Especially if they are short staffed. I am sure you won't be getting the job At this point. Something tells me that's probably an issue for you in general. You have definitely burned a bridge. You should have sent a thank you note after the interview and followed up a week after they said they would contact you If they didn't to let them know you are still interested That is how the real world works.“

“The staff was very nice, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable, although not very friendly. It did seem more expensive than other vet offices I have been too, so for that fact, I would probably not go back for routine appointments, but they got me in for an emergency, and I would go back if I needed to bring in my cat on a weekend again.“

We found out would is infected and they would have to sedate him to cut hair but Dr. Harbert said it wouldn’t be in best interest of max to sedate him with full belly so he referred me come back later.“
