“I've been taking my dogs here for their grooming for the past two years and I really love their work. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The groomers do a wonderful job with taking the time to understand how I want to style my dogs and making them look just how I envisioned them. It's clear that the staff really love animals -- my dogs tend to shy away from past groomers, but the staff make them feel comfortable and actually help them feel excited when they realize that they're going for their grooming.“

“We have been taking our dog to this place ever since we got her and we love it!! Dave, his wife and the staff just love dogs and it shows. They know which dogs go together, which are better apart and they take tons of videos and pix you can see. There has never been a single dog incident I am aware of at this place - that's how well they know and manage all the pups. They also alternate between outside time and downtime so it's a good mix each day. My dog loves going to "school" and runs to the car when its time. If we playback a video and she hears the workers voices she gets so happy! Doggie daycare really helps with her energy levels and mischief around the house. I think their prices are more than fair and if you live in Lutz/Odessa it's easy to get to. Just make sure you are careful going in and out with the schools nearby (kids go flying down the sidewalk and its hard to see). This place is not fancy and your dog will be dusty when you pick them up, but you can rest assured they are treated like family when they are there!“

“Needed a place for boarding for my fur babies while our family was on vacation. I saw this place passing by and looked up reviews. Easy to book the babies boarding online and via text messages with the facility. Boarding was reasonable I suppose. We haven't had to board them before but now don't have anyone to take care of them anymore when we are away since losing my daddy. Ran $65/night for the both of them plus new clients get 1 night free. When dropping off, they didn't want to go in given this place is attached to a veterinarian office and has that smell that fur babies hate. But dropped off and reassured them that we'd see them soon. Drop off and pickup times are set and have to drop them by 3pm and can pickup as early as 7am. The facility was very prompt in communicating. I got pictures and a report card with summary of their stay on their last day of boarding. Pickup was easy but Bingo must've had an accident that morning and instead of cleaning him up before me picking him up, he had poop smeared on his butt and back side. Good thing I packed blankets for the ride home. Had to give him a bath as soon as we got home. Boy did he stink! Overall good experience other than the pickup poop incident and pictures on the last day rather than during their stay. I kept wondering how my babies were doing. They were so happy when mom was there to get them!!!“

I was very impressed with the care and attention my boy Dexter received and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Elligott, but most importantly, it’s so obvious that she cares about Dexter and what choices are best for him. I’ve had vets barely give any attention and this has been such a breath of fresh air. So glad I’ve found my new home for vet care.“

“I have been coming here ever since I was a child, and my mom had ever since she was a teenager. We have brought ferrets, dogs, and birds and always received such great, caring service.

Last year, I adopted my first dog on my own, and of course there was no other vet I’d take her to. Not even two months ago, I brought her in to get her annual vaccines when Dr. Brooks noticed some lumps in her mammary glands. It is something that I probably never would have noticed on my own. He walked us through what it could be, as well as what we would have to do to test them. With the probability of it being cancer, and with my financial situation, I was heartbroken and preparing for the worst, but the entire team handled this situation with so much grace and they were extremely understanding and able to work with us.

All of her diagnostic tests and surgery were done in just a few weeks without any complications. We got her stitches removed yesterday and I am so so thankful for Dr. Brooks and the entire team here. Sticky has been doing so well, and the cancer was caught before it had the chance to progress. I can’t even explain the relief I feel for getting to have more time with my baby. We owe it all to everyone here for catching it and removing it with such swiftness and care. I could not recommend them enough.“

“I have been bringing my dogs here for close to 20 years. Everyone is absolutely the best. You can tell it is a labor of love for them whether for an elderly dog that needs hand feeding and special care or a puppy that needs patience and direction. My babies run to the door and bark to be let in. I never do Yelp reviews but should have shared years ago.“

“Darling shop for dog food and treats but we mostly go for the wonderful grooming my cocker gets. They call reminders and are very friendly to book with. My dog likes being here and is excited to see his groomer!“

“The staff was very nice, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable, although not very friendly. It did seem more expensive than other vet offices I have been too, so for that fact, I would probably not go back for routine appointments, but they got me in for an emergency, and I would go back if I needed to bring in my cat on a weekend again.“

“Came in for an emergency check up. Didn’t have to wait long for them to bring to back in look a wound on neck. We found out would is infected and they would have to sedate him to cut hair but Dr. Harbert said it wouldn’t be in best interest of max to sedate him with full belly so he referred me come back later.“

“Max is a relatively anxious boy and doesn't get along with other dogs. We used to have to watch Max flip around and struggle to go into the back with our previous boarding facility we used. It is such a great feeling to watch Max walk right back with the employees at Pet Paradise. Max seems so comfortable and that's incredibly important to us.

I also really appreciate the time and effort the Pet Paradise team takes to ensure medication is properly counted for and instructions are understood. I love that they re-review this information at check out as well.“
