“This is my first visit seeing it had great reviews and I live my dog. I went for nail trimmings and teeth cleaning as I'm not comfortable doing them in my own, I believe I had tim today and he was really nice and good with my dog who not great with strangers. Would highly recommend for any services I seen a couple dogs come out from grooming an they looked so cute and well groomed, and they have very lovely decor. Prices are very well too just note Cash only.“

“Absolutely Love this place! We were a bit nervous about leaving our dog for boarding. We've never done that before. The staff at New Tampa Pet Resort welcomed us in to visit and take a tour of the facility. Everything was extremely clean and safe. They had a lot of pets at the time and all looked good. We came back a week later with our dog. He was very nervous when we arrived. We noticed by the pictures they made available to us and the video camera in his room that he was doing great. When we picked him up he looked completely comfortable with the people handling him and he looked happy! I would definitely come back when needed. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of Rocket!“

“Our pups have always been groomed at home by myself and my husband but we were getting SO tired of bath days. It was a whole day fiasco because the pups HATE having their nails trimmed. It takes both of us an hour each just for their nails. I was so nervous to try a groomer because of how hard of a time we have but we were getting so tired of doing it ourself. Decided to give Ava's a try today and called them up to see if they were available. They had an appointment open in an hour and we took it. We dropped them off and warned them about how long their nails may take. They gave us a 2 hour estimate and texted us in 1.5 hour. I was nervous that it didn't go well. When I got there, the ladies said they did really well and they had no issues and even said she overestimated the time. The pups left smelling SO good and even got cute little bandanas. Safe to say I am bringing them here every month now.“

“I have been taking my pup, Rocco, to this facility for 7 years for boarding and pre-pandemic daycare. We recently moved and I wish I can take this whole building and staff with us! Rocco is dog reactive and quite strong. The staff here have always been accommodating and understanding to us. He also requires anxiety medication and the staff administers that when requested. We will miss coming to The Lodge for our boarding needs. Rocco will miss his best buds here. Thank you to the great staff of The Lodge for taking care of Rocco over the years!“
