We had purchased a home in Sarasota in 1999 and had done little to upgrade our house. “Titan Garage is stellar! Firstly, customer service is extremely reliable. Noelle monitors the emails and will get back to you very quickly. The quality of the work is the best. Scott (owner) is very knowledgeable on the available flooring products and will not compromise on quality. I elected to have a quartz-bases polyaspartic flooring put down. The crew were spot on time, very professional, communicable and polite. They spent the whole morning on detailed prep work preparing the floor to accept the coatings…this was hard and detailed work requiring heavy equipment. They made sure that every inch and corner was properly prepped. Several coatings went down and again, I was impressed with the quality and detail as the crew made sure coverage was complete to the point that they were on hands and knees reaching crevasses with a hand brush. The final product was way better than expected! Neighbors have been over and so impressed that they have hired Titan for their garages. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and product, Scott’s experience and knowledge of the different products and choices was impressive. The professionalism, efficiency, respect and cleanliness of the working crew was much appreciated. Noelle’s handling of customer service could not have been easier…she makes it stress free. “This was our second full-house total renovation. This time around, our experience was actually enjoyable. Brett Markley and his team did an outstanding job for us. For the most part, their subs were excellent - great work ethic and great results. The project involved tearing out all flooring, plumbing and electric cables and rebuilding two bathrooms, as well as moving and removing walls and reconfiguring ceilings.The project grew during the process, as is usual, but Brett and Dan rolled with it and gave us a beautiful new home.
