Called and they had someone out in a couple hours. John showed up and checked the problem and took care of it. John was terrific. Clog was cleared and repairs made with no disruption. Was done with efficiency and neat. Great guy, would recommend John and Roto-Rooter. Very happy. Thanks John.

What a pleasant experience for a not so pleasant situation! One call and EXACTLY 1 hr later a pro was at my door, as promised. Jake you were a blessing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was quoted a price and that’s what I paid, which is a rarity these days. While I was out of town, 3000 miles away, my neighbor called to tell me there was a leak at the water heater, it was leaking out into the yard. I called Roto-Rooter of Lakeland to see if someone could get there asap! They were able to get a tech out within the hour. When Ryan arrived he assessed the problem and gave me a call. He explained what the problem was and said he was going to fix it but it would take some time. Ryan arrive at 5:10 pm and was there until 9:15 pm. He kept in touch with me and sent me photos of the problem. He fixed the problem beautifully even running into a few snags. He is a great service tech and definitely an asset to your company.
