The first 2 years was a disaster with Joanne as the property manager took her 5 months to get us a new dishwasher. After that we got Donna Williams (assuming Joanne got canned) and she was better and prompt with responding to us. Proceed with caution when renting from this company.

David Fridovich was our buying agent he is so AWESOME!! He was a Godsend during our transition to the Florida area. He is a native to Central Florida and has a lot of positive professional relationships established which proved very helpful to us during this purchase. We are seasoned home and property owners and it was important to us to find a seasoned professional knowledgeable on the area for our real estate ventures when moving to Florida and David definitely delivered!!
